Super Fabulous Deluxe Party Package:
2 hour hosted Party for up to 15 children: Starts at $250
Everything in the basic package plus a costumed party hostess to facilitate the party, and we run the tea party, craft projects, dress-up, face painting, games, and activities as per a plan we create based on the theme and your ideas!! We have lots of fun supplies ready to go.
Also included are small goodie bag party favors for each guest.

We even do the set-up and take-down.
$10 more for additional children up to a maximum of 25.
Need invitations? I will make custom themed ones for you for $1.00 each if you'd like!
All you need to bring are the children and the food!

I just need a big room!
Just the space, chairs, tables... you run the party: $40/hr or $150 for 1/2 day

• Redwood Raks is at 824 L Street in the Old Creamery Building in Arcata.
• Our 2400 square foot room capacity is 150, so any number of kids and/or grown-ups is fine!
• We have fun xmas lights, a nice big mirrorball and disco party lights on remote control.
• A studio representative will be present for the first 1/2 hour of set-up to make sure you have all you need.
• You get a complimentary 1 hour of set up before the party and 1 hour of take down / clean up after the party is done. Extra set-up and take-down time is at $20/hour.
• It's $10 for garbage bags left at the studio (free if you take them away).
• It's $15/hr for any cleaning we do after your party, or if you'd like a studio person to be there to assist during the party.

Visit by one of our characters to your party : $150
A one-hour visit by a Princess, Fairy, Belly Dancer, and more! Includes visit, photo opportunities, performance (depending on theme) giving a special gift from you to the character, face painting, and leading activities, games and story time as decided upon. We're pretty flexible, and can work with your party ideas.

Deluxe Party Package at your home/venue
2 hour hosted Theme Party for up to 15 children: $250-$500+
Can include all or part of these fabulous options: 1-2 costumed hostesses in the theme of your choice, tables & tablecloths, chairs & chair covers, centerpieces, face painting, and leading activities, games and story time as decided upon. Up to 15 children. We're pretty flexible, and can work with your party ideas to make a great event!

Additions and Extras:

Personalized Party Invitations (you pick the design, we print them specially for you! $1.00 a card.

More than 15 children add $10 each (up to 25 total)

Out of Area: add $15 plus 55 cents a mile.
We're based in Arcata and our service area includes Trinidad to Blue Lake to Ferndale/Fortuna for no extra charge. At this time, we don't travel beyond Crescent City, Willow Creek/Hoopa, Garberville/Redway.

Special Notes:

We develop your party and plan the right amount of help based on the number of children anticipated. Therefore, while you have an estimated group size beforehand, we'll base your party total on the numbers anticipated on Thursday right before your party. If there are extra children it will still be $10 more per child, but if some don't show up it won't be less.... since we purchase the supplies, goodies, and assistance for the number we plan for. Thanks!
